  2. Stir-fry garlic, ginger, Sichuan peppercorns, and chili flakes until fragrant.

  3. Add rabbit heads and stir-fry for a few minutes until they turn golden brown.

  4. Add Chinese black vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, and star anise.

  5. Continue cooking until the rabbit heads are fully cooked and coated in the sauce.

  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and ginger slices.
