  1. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. Add ground pork and stir-fry until no longer pink.

  3. Add minced garlic and ginger, followed by fermented black bean sauce and chili bean paste Stir-fry for a couple of minutes.

  4. Add cubed tofu and chicken or vegetable broth. Simmer for about 10 minutes.

  5. Season with Sichuan peppercorns, salt, and green onions.

  6. 7Drizzle with sesame oil and serve hot.
