Ingredients
- 200g ground pork
- 300g soft tofu, cubed
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons fermented black bean sauce
- 2 tablespoons chili bean paste (doubanjiang)
- 1 tablespoon Sichuan peppercorns, toasted and ground
- 1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt to taste
Directions

Heat vegetable oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat.

Add ground pork and stir-fry until no longer pink.

Add minced garlic and ginger, followed by fermented black bean sauce and chili bean paste Stir-fry for a couple of minutes.

Add cubed tofu and chicken or vegetable broth. Simmer for about 10 minutes.

Season with Sichuan peppercorns, salt, and green onions.
